In Rumänien, Ungarn und Griechenland, um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen, werden Hunde in "Tötungs" Tierheimen "aufbewahrt", wo ihnen Frostschutzmittel ins Herz injiziert oder ihnen die Kehle durchgeschnitten wird.
